How these work

Every planner runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server, nothing is stored anywhere but on your own device, and there is no account, no cookie banner and no tracking. The figures behind them are professional planning values for 2026, collected from rate cards, quotes and our own work, and each planner shows the assumption it applied so you can argue with it.

They are built to produce something you can send: a shopping list, a cost breakdown, a brigade with hours, a timeline, a kitchen hire list. Copy the result and put it in an email to your caterer, and the conversation starts two steps further along.
