Does it fit?
Table and Seating Planner
Room size, table shape and guest count turned into the table length you need, the seats that actually fit, the service lane, the linen sizes and the candle count.
What it does
Seventy centimetres of table edge per guest, ninety centimetres of clear floor behind every chair, nothing in the centre above twenty five centimetres. This planner applies those numbers to your room and tells you whether the dinner you imagined fits, and what to hire if it does.
How to use it
- Enter the room dimensions and the guest count
- Choose a long table, rounds or a U shape
- Read the fit, the table sizes and the linen list
- Take the hire list straight to the rental company
Notes
- A long table is better up to twenty four guests, rounds above it
- Linen drop is 30 to 40 cm for a dinner, floor length for a banquet
- Two candles per metre minimum, four for a candle only dinner
